Highland Dogblog is where we come to share our love of dogs — the one thing we have in common, no matter who we are or where we come from. We are wholly, unapologetically dog-mad, the lot of us.
We also share our love of the Highlands: open spaces, culture, adventures, and dog-friendly places. And behind it all runs something deeper — a sense of community. We share our attempts to be good to the wurrld through projects and ideas; we laugh, we cry, we celebrate what we can and do achieve. Sometimes we disagree; sometimes we try again, or we let things be, trusting that something else will come along.
We live our lives alongside companions we know will not be here as long as we want them to be — and yet we choose them, and love, anyway.
Our stories don’t exist in isolation. They connect us, spark conversations, and build community. Sometimes we manage wonderful things together; sometimes projects last only a while; sometimes we lose our way. That’s just life. But we build on experience, we witness change, and we try again. We are more than the sum of our parts, and that is what makes this a special space.
Always … Dogs = Love = Dogs.
